Cows at the Dairy Farm

$125.00

7.5 x 11 - Watercolor on 100% Cotton Paper

This painting is of a place which I was unable to visit in Malaysia due to lack of time but I place I plan to visit when I go back. Its a popular dairy farm in a small village named Kundasang. Its actually the highest village in elevation in all of Malaysia, which is pretty cool I think. For this painting, I used a couple photos from online, which I rarely do nowadays. I like to use my own photos when possible.

These beautiful cows live way up in the mountains around 6,250' (1,900m), and have an amazing mountain view every day. In this painting, Mt. Kinabalu is the backdrop but partially covered by clouds as it naturally would be. Cant wait to actually visit this farm, do some sketching, and create some more paintings inspired by my visit. One day hopefully.
